SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 20

Congratulating the outstanding accomplishments of John Providenti, a student of the Benjamin Franklin Career and Technical Education Center.

Whereas, John Providenti, of South Charleston, West Virginia, is a student at the Benjamin Franklin Career and Technical Education Center in Kanawha County, West Virginia; and
Whereas, John Providenti specializes in heating, ventilation and air conditioning; and
Whereas, In June, 1994, John Providenti entered in a competition held by the National Vocational Industrial Clubs of America and won first place in his field; and
Whereas, By winning the national competition, John Providenti will compete in the International Vocational Industrial Clubs competition in Lyons, France, in October, 1995; therefore be it
Resolved by the Senate:
That the Senate hereby recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of John Providenti, a student at the Benjamin Franklin Career and Technical Education Center; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Senate commends John Providenti for winning the National Vocational Industrial Clubs of America competition in 1994; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Senate extends its sincere best wishes to John Providenti as he prepares to participate in the International Vocational Industrial Clubs competition in Lyons, France, in October, 1995, representing the state of West Virginia and the United States; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Clerk is hereby requested to forward a copy of this resolution to John Providenti and to his instructor, John O. L. Taylor.
